ANNA CANNON MUSIC STUDIO - POLICY FEES
My policy will be that you as the client engage me a term at a time for a set fee. This fee is currently $160.00 plus GST. A term will be the period that school is in session and I will run the lessons to cover the same period, regardless of the amount of weeks. I will no longer charge on the basis of so many lessons per term and then credit or reschedule any lost lessons. The fee will be based on my being available to you at the same time every week for your lesson. If you are unable to attend that will be your choice.
I have had to make this decision because I am working the equivalent of a full time week, with very long hours. I commit to being there at the appointed time for your lesson. If for any reason I cannot be there (illness etc) then in this situation I would be more than happy to credit you a lesson or make one up, whichever you would prefer.
If fees remain unpaid after a term I may have to discontinue lessons unless an arrangement to pay has been made. I am more than willing to accept automatic payments. Please speak to me if you require this service. Fees can be spread out over the year if necessary.
