ANNA CANNON MUSIC STUDIO - POLICY – FEES

Tuition costs are billed at the beginning of each term.  The account includes the cost of tuition, GST and studio fee which covers photocopying, resources and web site costs.   The term fee is for the period of the school term.  The term being the period that school is in session.

Rescheduling lessons is not possible, but it may be possible to swap your lesson time with another student.  A student database is available so that you can organise this yourself. Lessons will not be refunded if you miss due to sickness or other appointments. If for any reason I am unavailable you will be offered a credit or reschedule appointment.  I

Fees must be paid at the beginning of the term or by ongoing automatic payments.  (Cheques should be made out to Anna Cannon)  If term fees remain unpaid at the beginning of the next term, lessons may be discontinued and non-payment referred to a debt collector.  I enjoy excellent relationships with my clients and would hope that if you have a short term issue regarding payment that you would discuss this with me and make arrangements to pay over time. 

Tuition fees will be revised each new financial year.   Please contact Anna directly for current charges.  The cost of music will be additional to fees.  It would be greatly appreciated if all music book charges could be paid promptly.  Other services such as extension group lesson costs will be added to the invoice on the following terms account.
